I don't have any issues with the dr's or assistants but the front desk lord take the wheel. They cancel your appointments or change the time needs people that know what they doing also never pick up phone calls

So I already have reached out to Columbia Dental and their response was not our problem you should know what your insurance covers. Well when I went to the doctor and I trusted this person as being a professional and asked him is this covered by my insurance and he said Yes. So I let him proceed to pull a few teeth out of my face then when I go to book my appointment to have a plate made the receptionist says well we have to wait for authorization from your insurance company. I said really I just had my front tooth yanked out of my face cuz the doctor said it was covered I would have teeth before the holidays full *** So now I can't afford to replace a front tooth or for others meanwhile all my teeth are separating I can't get a *** job because of the way I look. They have talked to me up told me I was covered and then tell me when I write a review that it's my fault I trust doctors to be honest with me I trusted Columbia I guess sometimes you just live and learn and make bad choices so now I'm stuck *** Toothless and can't get hired by nobody and they blew me off. My advice is no matter what your doctor you see make sure you know what's going on because they're *** they don't give a *** about you

I had my lower teeth (9) taken out, and the temporary denture I received has given me nothing but pain and discomfort. I do understand about the swelling and all that stuff, when I called on 12/26 I was and still am upset that I have to pay $800 for this piece of garbage,I've complained about it since day one. When the dentist called me to tell me that I was yelling at the staff when I wasn't I'm PISSED at how he has the nads to tell me that my denture the real one is done and HE IS NOT GOING TO GIVE TO ME. In the last 3 visits I had the 1st 1 I only seen him less than 5 min,the 2nd appt I didn't see him at all, so I went for nothing, the 3rd it went ok. All the time I was complaining about the fit of this denture. How is it that a dentist has the audacity to say that, I have nothing but respect for the people at that office, but I f'n tired of the pain and discomfort yes I was upset when I talked to the girl but I don't feel that I was nasty to her. Since I had this put in I cannot chew,I've lost 10 lbs and wasted a lot of food that I could not chew. I WANT MY DENTURE Dr. Webber !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
